The Principal, Roslyn Hamling is responsible for the educational leadership and management of our school. All teaching staff meet the professional requirements to teach in Western Australian public schools and can be found on the public register of teachers of the Western Australian College of Teaching. Our professional, university-educated teachers work to improve students’ levels of educational achievement. They encourage students to become successful learners who are confident and creative individuals. They maintain the highest integrity and concern for your child’s well-being. All Education Assistants, who work alongside classroom teachers and support teaching and learning, have Level 3 status.

I have worked within the education department for 34 years in varying roles across all regions. My passion is creating positive, caring relationships between students, staff, parents and the wider community to ensure our children become the best versions of themselves. My focus will be to support the growth of our school staff to ensure our students are fully immersed in learning and ensuring the appropriate resources are received.

I will be working for the children of Carson Street School to improve educational opportunities. My focus is to develop strong relationships with our families and the school community and to ensure our children explore the educational opportunities available to them, to enhance their learning.
